Fellow Sri Lankan here, although I don't live there anymore. Dialog and SLT both seem to have some hair pulling stats with their data usage, and I wouldn't even trust them for the statistics. It is possible that they associate IP ranges with the service name, and it's probably outdated information. It also shows TLS 1.3 and Pinterest in the same table, so that report is useless as no report.
