I learned to program in middle school and I loved it, you couldn't tear me away from the school Commodore Pet. My kid we played with scratch for a bit and she had fun making some games but it fizzled out after a few weeks. No real love. I gave up. Maybe I'll try again in a few years. There are coding classes and they're all very popular but to me it seems pushy parents signing up their children, none of them seem to enjoy it.
