If I were you I'd go have a talk with your union rep, especially as this is impacting multiple teams. They can then raise this higher up the management chain.

- diablerouge 6y agoThis right here is a great example of why unions are essential. They're the only bargaining chip employees really have.
- contravariant 6y agoWell not really but the only other real bargaining chip is the employment contract.
