I'm not impressed with the self-fellatio of how it should be accessible to all. GitHub still denies access to those under 13 to comply with laws. I understand that it has to comply with laws, but it should nevertheless raise the issue and take a stance of disagreement with the law, if it truly believe that all developers should be able to contribute. But that that which is touted as a “universal right” excludes the young, is of course nothing new.
