Off the top of my head, I can think of 3 things worked on by the EU that I think are well implemented: - Erasmus programme - Roaming regulations - EU-China investment treaty I also really like the GDPR, but I understand that its enforcement hasn't been though enough... Why do you think that the EU's execution is terrible on literally everything?
