- macintux 6y agoIndia would probably appreciate that.
- ianmcgowan 6y agoWill make working with IST India Standard Time slightly easier - the 30 minute offset is always slightly off-putting ;_)
- kibwen 6y agoBillions of people in the world exist at a 30 minute offset to UTC, so it's not quite as absurd as it sounds.
- chrishas35 6y agoNot at all. The crazy/absurd part is compromise of opposing view points in Congress ;)
