I’ve had to largely quit caffeine as it makes me extremely anxious, even a strong cup of tea can set me off. I bought a grinder and decaf beans from Union Coffee [1] and Decadent Decaf [2] amongst others and it’s been amazing the improvement compared with pre ground.
