I live in Warwickshire - it's pretty unusual to see people not wearing masks. I even see them wearing them on my walks in the countryside (when they are on their own!). The only people I have see who have refused are some of the mums at my kid's school during dropoff/pickup. Would be interesting to understand why regions differ so much on this.
