Why? What is the difference vs someone who keeps a quantity on alcohol in their house (other than being exorbitantly more expensive)?
- CodeGlitch 6y agoThe same reason why we have limits of where and when you can buy alcohol - because it's a licensed drug. Why are people confused about this?
