  Unless they're counting both doses as a single "dose" in their announcement, I doubt it.

  This is the first large production run Moderna has managed, there's not much reason to assume it is anything more than their information about supplies and so on firming up.

  It's probably in response to the entire planet wanting as many doses of vaccine as they can possibly get their hands on.
