I have to rely on Teams now, the horror. God forbid I have to start using the telephone next! On a more serious note, downtime is not that bad, it probably allows me to focus without interruption for a bit, but will quickly create problems. Being the first day of the year, there is a lot of quarterly planning going on and many colleagues are reaching out for this. There is also the flurry of typical support queries after a break of nearly two weeks, at least for most.
