Better would have been to legalize sci-hub or make the journals illegal. This is just regulatory capture.
- shash 6y agoI don’t see how that could be done with WIPO rules and whatnot. Like it or not, undeserved as it may be, the journals _do_ have copyright, and it’s hard to get around that.
