I use my DNS blocker pi-hole to help with this. Whenever I find myself getting hooked into a website, it just gets blacklisted network-wide. One example I've done this with is Reddit. The majority of the Reddit community is really off-putting to me, but the endless content feeds my ADHD like nothing else.
