Am I the only person bothered that they snuck it in as a rider on another bill? We need more succinct, germane legislation. It's no surprise that the Read The Bills act never passed. These multi-hundred/thousand page laws are bullshit, and usually filled with pork that has nothing to do with the title of the bill. Congress shouldn't vote on bills they haven't read, period. If a bill wants to pass, it should stand on its own merits, not sneak in with one that can't fail.
