- krmmalik 6y agoThis is super interesting. What geography do you operate in? Could you assist someone in the UK for example? (My concern is the legality of it all rather than the practical aspects)
- ada1981 6y agoRight now we have been focused in the US. We’d be open to find an MD in the UK who could prescribe however if you are interested.
- krmmalik 6y agoAlso. Why is your service not more well known? I've been researching this area quite a while. This is ground breaking stuff with the potential to seriously change lives. I'm surprised your company isn't plastered everywhere? If I can be of any help, do let me know? I'm a business strategist.
- ada1981 6y agoWe were in a private beta test, and have just started to try and reach more clients. We’d love help! We do think we can help more people and that we haven’t solved the best way to reach them.

- ada1981 6y agoWe have one Phd Transpersonal therapist cofounder, and MD partner and we are close friends with our legal and listed them. We’ll be adding more therapists. We were just excited to add our partnership with the Plant Medicine Law Group - they aren’t in house counsel. But I get it.
- palimpsests 6y agoHow are you navigating the issue of establishing sufficiently strong interpersonal containers for at-home psychedelic assisted therapy? We know that this relationship is critical for effective and safe guided sessions with psychedelic medicines. And, that it's not straightforward to establish this relationship between two people if they have only met online (drastically reduced non-verbal communication bandwidth, difficulty/impossibility around establishing nervous system coregulation / entrainment).
- ada1981 6y agoDr. Miller shifted to remote work at the start of Covid and was very impressed with the results. In general, tele-therapy has shown to be as effective when done properly and we are seeing similar results at Within. I am curious to see about the more longer form medicines like MDMA and Psilocybin, but low dose ketamine is proving to be an effective tool for remote work.
