Four-day work week at the moment is an initiative that is sitting like a hot cake. It is waiting to be grabbed by companies, governments, universities and such and call a stake on being "the first" in their respective sectors to implement and get kudos from community. As an organization that is badly needing talent but not in one of the coasts, my company will definitely be benefited. I am sure as soon as the word spreads out, a lot of talented but over-worked people will start flocking.
