what will stop people from shifting to holding the llcs with anonymous trusts?
- hkt 6y agoMagnitsky sanctions, or something that forms part of the road to a much broader application of them. The US (and indeed UK and EU) has the power to squash tax havens. The big countries are not hostage to the little ones, things are the way they are because of who it benefits.
