- joelbluminator 6y agoDo you really have a problem of obtaining good devs? Seems to me you can get good personnel in a bargain price in NL. It's also super easy to bring people from outside the EU. That's the main reason I think software devs are so cheap in the EU.
- thu2111 6y agoHe's not talking about hiring, but motivating people who were already hired.
