Looking forward to seeing where most tech companies land, as in-person and remote both have benefits. Face-to-face collaboration is easier, especially at fast-changing companies, but remote work is more cost-efficient and helps with hiring. I could see many companies ending up with a hybrid model where core teams are geographically together and in a shared space most of the time (although less than the pre-pandemic M-F 10-6), and other teams are distributed.
