Those are some huge claims, which could have previously been said for many currently outdated technologies.
- 11thEarlOfMar 6y agoThis truism is known to ASML as well, and they are ramping R&D spending to maintain or expand their lead. [0] Just as an example, the dimension of the features their tool prints are smaller than the wavelength of light that is actually doing the printing.
