This will be overturned based on First Amendment and Free Speech Grounds.
- daenz 6y agoMaybe, if the headline matched the content. From the bill: >A food delivery platform shall not arrange for the delivery of an order from a food facility without first obtaining an agreement with the food facility expressly authorizing the food delivery platform to take orders and deliver meals prepared by the food facility. I don't see anywhere mentioned about not being able to "list" a restaurant. Just that you cannot actually perform the delivery. Presumably, you could still lie and list a restaurant that you don't deliver for.
