So, I see this story is on the BBC, but seems to reference US based research. So, I wonder, how culturally relative is this? I remember reading a comment here where Americans portray confidence even when lacking knowledge, whereas in other countries, that behavior is perceived as off-putting, not admirable. I can’t imagine that inspires confidence in leadership.
