oh wow that was helpful, ok there is a uap10:HostRuntime, unfortunatly the same problem than the webview2 has, you need to package your runtime so that it works with the appx model, which is not always the case and thus you need to create your own "runtime" package if there is no electron runtime package that is inside the windows store. basically if nobody provides an up to date hostruntime package, it will be the same case as it is now.
