I have to agree and disagree at the same time. My higher ups were shocked when I presented them with >540 hours of overtime accumulated from mid March to September. Not that I didn't more than once tell it in different video meetings with my team lead as well as managing directors. But they only reacted shocked when there was a paper trail. Before that telling them that I would run up to that amount of overtime did nothing.
