I disliked the article itself too, but find that the nice discussion it caused balances it out.
- MrUnknown 15y agoI think a lot of people read its title and dismissed the article out-right because they didn't want to be called a loser because they considered themselves "frugal." The author of the article actually describes real frugalness, by getting what you pay for instead of just buying the cheapest thing possible.
