  The choice right now is: take the vaccine, or get the disease. Particularly true of front-line healthcare workers. To choose the latter is idiotic. Like, whatever side effect of the vaccine you are worried about, you will get the same or much worse from your immune reaction to the disease. That’s simple biochemistry—it’s the same spike protein in all relevant respects.
