FWIW, out of sync video isn’t too much of an issue for video calls. I’ve worked the past 8 months with 800-1200ms latency on video (satellite) and 25-50ms latency on voice (VoLTE) combined. The only issue is when someone is annotating while sharing their screen and moves too quickly.
