- sokoloff 6y agoAlso NAL. You can certainly be barred from serving as an officer of a publicly-traded company. I doubt you can be barred from running a small company (absent being incarcerated which may indirectly/practically bar that).
- treespace88 6y agoOhh that’s good. No longer able to own any corp or LLC anywhere. Forced to liquidate all holding and be taxed as a normal citizen.
