I'd be curious to see an analysis like this based on culture. I think of Peru which had a high case/death rate despite the government's strong regulatory response. Regulation will only go so far when extended families are living in the same household.
- ezoe 6y agoOr geography. Island countries should be easier regardless of the policies. We don't know the definitive reason but winter spread COVID-19, as well as influenza and other virus well so countries with warm climate should be easier, again, regardless of the policies.
