Management/leadership related posts do show up on HN, although the discussions sometimes struggle to move beyond hashing out whether career progression for developers does or does not eventually require a move away from making technical contributions directly and toward managing other technical contributors. Somehow, neither side seems content with the answer "it commonly does, but strongly depends on the individual and the organization they are a part of".
