  I do wonder if this will be possible some day. Breast milk changes daily. Even kissing the baby allows for sensing pathogens and alters milk chemistry to optimize survival.

    Have you got a source for that? It's the first time I've heard it and I'm interested to learn more, specifically about the kiss/pathogen response part.
