If you do your job, I don't care how old you are. That said, it's hard to lead well without the wisdom that years of experience brings.
- treeman79 6y agoHad a lead that was 15 years younger. I liked him. He was good at role. I ended up being his goto for advice on how to deal with others and dealing with hard situations.
