You can make the argument both ways. Having religious faith can be a form of strength that gets you through hard times. Sometimes you have to believe in the impossible to keep moving forward. On the other hand, having delusional beliefs can also be a weakness that others can take advantage of as is the case with a lot of organized religion.

- Shorel 6y agoI attend a weekly simracing event. That is, I race online with a group of now friends I have been interacting with since March. I can say that our activity also has increased our mental health. I even feel better than previous years. So may be it's more about human interaction and less about beliefs.
