How should one interpret this? Facebook is too big to follow the rules, they should be fined for emotional damages to everyone on whom they have collected the shadow dossiers over the years.
- tinus_hn 6y agoIt’s just the opinion of a lower court, there are multiple levels of appeals available and it doesn’t set precedent outside this courts jurisdiction (I don’t know if it sets precedent inside).
