I added OCR into my Japanese dictionary app Nihongo recently, with manga as one of the key use cases I was thinking about. I came up with an interface I don't feel like I've seen elsewhere, where you just tap on words to look them up, so it doesn't get in the way when you're trying to read. I'd be super curious if you think this could be a useful tool for translators.
