Show HN: A faster way to identify high return rental properties

The website allows you to search properties just like Zillow, but instead of returning the property listings the site returns a pre-analyzed list of rental properties ranked on the potential return. If you don't know where to look yet you can check out the "Market Analysis" tab to look at market level data across cities. Cheers!
- ljsocal 6y agoNice work. I ran a quick search in my area and it worked well with one significant challenge. In this market, residences usually sell for 15-20% higher than the listed price.
