I am looking for a contact at Orange France to fix my ADSL line

It is now more than 3 weeks that the consumer service of Orange (help line: 3900) is fooling me with stupid excuses. The story is incredible. I can give more details. They know that there is an issue with the DSL line. So if by any luck, here on HN someone has a good contact at Orange (not someone useless from the help line), I would really appreciate. Thank you!
