Don’t know I used Apple Maps and it still gave me highways when I had tolls and highways turned off. Waze got bought by google... Anyone have any recommendation

Don’t know I used Apple Maps and it still gave me highways when I had tolls and highways turned off. Waze got bought by google... Anyone have any recommendations for anything else than google maps?
