I don't really understand why wooden junking floating around space is any better than plastic. Microbes won't be able to break it down like they would on earth.

- beprogrammed 6y agoThe article mentioned that small aluminum particles are left in the upper atmosphere after burning up. The wood would presumably not have this problem.
