Right. I think Bunnie has very good arguments for how you should approach "security focused" hardware (see, https://youtu.be/w8BA6_9HCzk https://youtu.be/w8BA6_9HCzk) and this clearly isn't it.
AFAICT, this has much less documentation than the Itanium, so even from a tinker's perspective, this is really uninteresting.
