Creativity in a World of Technology: Does It Exist?
- blindm 6y agoI think things like Bootstrap are great because you don't have to get low level and create your own CSS theme from scratch. That's why a lot of the creativity you do see on the web is a mish-mash of different abstractions. Rarely now you see something built from the low level baseline and done entirely from scratch. That's why I love things like the JS1K[0] code-golf competition which doesn't use frameworks or abstraction layers. [0] https://js1k.com/ https://js1k.com/
