I seriously contemplated making a 'rate my doctor' type site for doctors here in the states. All the sites that existed at the time were poorly designed, had a slimy element to them, and you had to pay to see a physician's review. Then ZocDoc.com launched... I'm not sure how well they're doing, but there's a lot to be improved in the medical field.
