I just bought an ender 5 on amazon. But I’m pretty sure the cheaper ender 3 would be almost as good. (And it’s more popular so there’s a Lot more help out there) Then just download some fun stuff from thingiverse.com, slice it in cura and get printing. Later on I learned openscad to make some of my own ideas.
