Just my opinion: If “truth” means “of perfect form” then this can be obvious to everyone (see Plato). If “truth” means “fact” as in “what can be perceived,” then this is different for everyone because everyone perceives things based on their own knowledge and situation (see David Hume). This is a great question to ponder!
