Is it just me, or has there been a flurry of internet-related legislation of late. With the PSN hack still fresh on their minds I wonder how much more legislation is yet to come. Between this, COICA and PROTECT IP, things are starting to look bleak. Are there similar precedents when other disruptive technologies started eating into traditional markets (maybe the introduction of tapes or CDs, or the telegraph and radio)?
