- syedkarim 6y agoThe purpose is to standardize web pages and get page size down to an absolute minimum. This is for a service that only has a few kilobits per second of download speed.
- 11235813213455 6y agoyou still need styles to get something decently nice, so using inline CSS attributes? the size is likely larger then due to repetitions
