I watched this in 2020 even though it's from EuroBSDCon 2019. I'm talking about Patricia Aas keynote "Embedded Ethics": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfNIiitVFtc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HfNIiitVFtc Hasn't aged one bit. If anything Patricia is spot on pretty much everything. If you don't have time to spend on this, you may want to take a look at the slides: https://www.slideshare.net/PatriciaAas/embedded-ethics-eurobsdcon-2019 https://www.slideshare.net/PatriciaAas/embedded-ethics-eurob...

Just want to jump in on this - watch the video, read the slides. It's powerful stuff. No all the answers are not there, hell most of the questions are not there, but just take 2 minutes and read it.

But it's just a rant, what are the real takeaways? She wants: - A common ethics board - To protect whistleblowers And to achieve this, I should be "Annoying as a service"? I don't feel like I learnt anything.
