“When hiring in secondary markets, choose employees with the assumption that you’ll work together for at least 10 years.” A nice idea, but I haaaaaated lying to interviewers about my intentions when they asked me, “where do you see yourself in five or ten years?” Is it really not ok if I put in two solid years solving your interesting problems?
