Agreed, some form of manifesto would be a great idea to add a bit more weight to this. The concept sounds good though.

I’ll add more context to this in the upcoming days, but the gist is: an aggregator of companies that are transparent, question profit at all costs, want to stay small on purpose, and put people first. It’s going to be a mix of remote companies and local businesses. And people will be able to suggest companies that fit this profile as well. You’ll also know if some of them have any openings or not.
