The contrast is too small in the navigation bar now, very hard to read the black on dark red unless I turn the brightness up very high. And the coloring of the numbers doesn't really do much good either, I agree.
- ColinWright 6y agoIf you have enough karma you can change your topcolor ... the color of your nav banner.
- rendx 6y agoI can, but only when logged in. I still have this weird habit of letting my browser clear cookies when I close tabs, and using multiple devices that do so. For example, I am never logged in on my phone, I just use it for reading. Also, I don't know the numbers but I bet there are a multitude more visitors and readers than active participants on HN, so the defaults are very relevant.
